1. Accommodation Terms
Article 1 – Scope of Application
These terms apply to all accommodation contracts and related services at “FUJITOWA Mt. Fuji Gotemba” operated by Circle Plus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “we/us”).
Article 2 – Formation of Accommodation Contract
- The contract is formed when we accept your reservation request.
- Payment of the accommodation fee must be completed by the deadline we specify.
Article 3 – Refusal of Accommodation
We may refuse accommodation in the following cases:
- The reservation violates these terms or exceeds capacity
- The guest is likely to cause significant disturbance to other guests
- The guest is found to be a member or associate of an organized crime group or other anti-social organization
- Any other case where operation of the facility would be hindered
Article 4 – Guest Responsibilities
- No removal or damage of facilities or fixtures
- Strictly non-smoking throughout the premises (including e-cigarettes); smoking is prohibited except in designated areas
- No loud conversations or noise outdoors after 9:00 PM
Article 5 – Payment
Accommodation fees must be paid by the method and deadline we specify.
Article 6 – Cancellation Policy
- 7 to 2 days prior: 50% of accommodation fee
- Day before to day of arrival, or no-show: 100% of accommodation fee
Article 7 – Liability Disclaimer
We accept no liability for accidents, injuries, theft, illness, or damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
Article 8 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by Japanese law. The Numazu Branch of the Shizuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

3. Privacy Policy

2. Third-Party Disclosure
We will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
3. Security Measures
We implement appropriate measures including access controls, encryption, and oversight of contractors to prevent leakage, loss, or alteration.
4. Supervision of Contractors
When entrusting personal data processing, we ensure proper supervision through contracts and other means.
5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Deletion
We will respond appropriately to requests from the individual in accordance with the law.
