Reservations & Pre-arrival
- QWhat is the maximum number of guests?

Up to 8 guests can be accommodated. For 7 or more guests, the sofa bed will be used. Futon bedding in each Japanese-style room (3 sets per room) will be prepared according to the number of guests.
- QAre pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
- QWhat time does check-in start?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Due to the nature of private lodging, we cannot store luggage before check-in.
- QCan I extend check-out time?

Standard check-out is 10:00 AM, but late check-out until 11:00 AM is available for an additional fee (reservation required in advance).
If you wish to request late check-out after arrival, please apply and complete payment by 10:00 PM on the check-in day. Requests after 10:00 PM cannot be accommodated.
- QIs day-use available?

At present, we only offer overnight stays.
- QCan I stay alone?
- A
Solo travelers are welcome. The rate is per villa for up to 6 guests; an additional ¥10,000 per person applies beyond 6 guests. Therefore, solo guests will be charged the full villa rate.
- QAre there cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees apply as follows: 50% from 14 days prior, 80% from 7 days prior, 100% from 3 days prior.
- QDo you offer shuttle service?

We do not offer shuttle service.
Access & Parking
- QIs parking available?

Free parking is available on-site for up to 2 vehicles. There are no nearby public parking lots, so please limit to 2 cars.
- QMy navigation is directing me through forest roads. What should I do?

Google Maps may sometimes route you through forest roads. Once you are nearby, please refer to our detailed access guide.
Facilities & Equipment
- QWhat are the sauna usage hours?
- A
The sauna is available anytime during your stay, but please refrain from outdoor use after 10:00 PM out of consideration for neighbors.
- QAre fireworks allowed?
- A
Hand-held sparklers only are permitted in the outdoor area until 9:00 PM.
Please do not use them on the deck. Always prepare a bucket of water, fully extinguish all embers after use, and dispose of waste properly. Launch-type fireworks and loud fireworks (e.g., firecrackers) are strictly prohibited.
- QCan we barbecue?

Barbecuing is allowed on the outdoor deck.
Grill and tools are provided free of charge (please bring your own ingredients and seasonings).
- QCan we barbecue if it rains?
- A
The deck is covered, so barbecuing is possible even in the rain.
Strong winds may cause inconvenience. A large electric griddle and various cooking utensils are available for indoor use as well.
- QAre cooking utensils and tableware provided?

Pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, plates, cutlery, etc. are all provided. Please see the full list here.
- QWhat kind of bedding is provided?

Each Japanese-style room has 3 sets of floor mattress futons (prepared according to guest count).
For 7 or more guests, the sofa bed will be used. Sofa bed bedding is stored in the closet of Japanese Room 1.
- QIs smoking allowed?
- A
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.
Amenities
- QHow many towels are provided?

One bath towel and one face towel are provided per guest. Additional towels are available for a fee.
- QAre shampoo and toothbrushes provided?
- A
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothbrush sets are provided.
Other
- QWhat happens if I leave something behind?
- A
We will keep lost items for 2 weeks.
Upon inquiry, we can ship them to you cash-on-delivery. Items not claimed after 2 weeks will be disposed of (food and drinks will be discarded immediately).
- QAre there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
- A
A small supermarket is about a 13-minute walk away, and a convenience store is about 14 minutes on foot.
For larger supermarkets, we recommend:

- Ogino Yamanakako (toward Yamanakako)

Although located in a villa area, there are neighboring homes nearby.
Please refrain from conversations and music on the deck or BBQ area after 10:00 PM.
