Sauna Guide

  1. Shower & wear swimwear

Please wear swimwear and shower thoroughly before entering.

A quick rinse and hydration beforehand is recommended.

  2. Sauna session (6–12 minutes)

Stay as long as feels comfortable.

Enjoy löyly (pouring aroma water on the stones) and let the wood scent warm you deeply.

  3. Cool down

Refresh instantly under the large rain shower or fill the tub for a relaxing cold plunge.

  4. Outdoor rest

Breathe deeply on the veranda while admiring Mount Fuji.
